All orders in Big Cloud Vapor Bar are packed professionally to minimize the chances of any kind of damage to the product and avoid any inconvenience during shipping.

Once a packed product leaves the Big Cloud Vapor Bar distribution premises, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company and the customer who purchased the product.

Orders will be shipped by UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer. Big Cloud Vapor Bar holds the right to ship the product by any safe means to the customer.

Returning orders are shipped only at the cost of customer’s request.

Big Cloud Vapor Bar does NOT accept for return any of its e-liquid products as they are consumable products and therefore not accepted for return under any circumstances.

Refused orders by customers are subject to freight charges and a restocking fee of 15%.

If customer recieve the product and deems it to be damaged/broken/physically compromised, then it must be reported to Big Cloud Vapor Bar within 48 hours of receiption of goods/products. If reported after 48 hours of receiption of the goods/products, return requested by the customer will not be accepted.
